Vitacon was born from a dream. Alexandre Lafer Frankel, his siblings and father wanted to create a real estate company capable of reinventing the
city and the lives of its residents, promoting mobility and increasing quality of life.

THE MARKET: TARGET DISTRICTS
This district contains offices and headquarters of various companies, from multinationals to small businesses. The region is home to two concert halls, two shopping malls (JK Iguatemi and Vila Olimpia), nightclubs, sophisticated restaurants and famous bars.
It is the new commercial center of São Paulo, concentrating investment banks and banking services. It is a neighboring district of Vila Olimpia and offers a wide variety of fine restaurants and entertainment options. It is the region where the most luxurious apartments have been launched.
There are libraries, hospitals, cultural centers, theaters, museums, movie theaters, two parks (Ibirapuera Park and Aclimação Park) and two shopping malls within a 5 km radius. Jardins is located in the southern part of São Paulo and is known for its sophistication and elegance. It groups essentially residential streets with others lined with stores and cafes. The region also has a considerable range of restaurants, bars and luxury hotels.

The book "Como vive rem São Paulo sem carro” (How to Live in São Paulo without a Car), was launched in July 2012 with idealization and sponsorship of Vitacon. The goal was to help promote a new culture of mobility in the city, depicting the example of several residents of São Paulo who relinquished use of the car as a means of daily transportation. The book included examples of people who dedicate their time to reinventing locomotion in Brazil’s largest city.

In a report released in the last week of February, the esteemed international trend monitoring company TrendWatching mentioned Vitacon as a reference in mobility in the Americas. According to the survey, consumers from the region are already giving up conventional means of transport such as the car, and adopting more sustainable alternatives, such as bicycles. Trendwatching indicates Vitacon as a role model for the construction industry in Brazil. According to the publication, the car-sharing services and bikes available at Vitacon properties represent state-of-the-art in terms of mobility in the region.
